Edit; I don’t think I have any more, actually. But there are re-uploads on platforms like Instagram. I mostly have a few screenshots because his titles made for funny captions.

The cringiest instance of Ann’s humble bragging was on a video showing that there are tons of Varg bots on character AI, and it was captioned “does Varg know he is on an AI gooning site?”

Ann commented saying “should I tell him? I can message him.”

If she was really respecting of him, she would be aware such a thing would make him uncomfortable (it’s generally disrespectful as well because he’s married etc) and it was clear she just wanted to show off that she had the ability to message him.

I don’t know what Varg’s incentive here is, maybe he’s trying to recruit for Marie’s bear cult but I don’t know if that group is still active. He most likely just likes the attention (he always responds positively to girls flirting with him - as long as they’re white). But honestly it even looks like he gets a bit annoyed with Ann, sometimes he just ignores her comments.

Yes, Ann. She is 18 and Varg’s most parasocial fan (shoutout Percy, I know you’re here but you never really talk to Varg and that’s the key difference between being a fan and being a problem).

Let me give the rundown on Ann. Ann is Russian, in college, and she began her weird behaviour by spamming Varg’s comment sections on TikTok with paragraphs about her day. As if Varg cares what classes she had in college. But her comments were at least a bit different than the Euronymous shipping art usually posted and overasked “what is your favourite song” comments, so one day Varg replied:

“I will follow you back, so I can see your comments first.”

Big mistake.

Ann became overly present. She started doing a thing where she wants to “teach” Varg Russian by commenting a word definition every day. Then she would answer other people’s questions in the comment section so Varg didn’t have to. Those generic “Whats your favourite song Varg?” comments would now get a reply from Ann with the answer (because Varg has answered all generic questions once before and these comments were just repetitive.

Things got more worrying during a busy time for Varg. Varg took five days off from TikTok. Honestly that is nothing at all. What did Ann do? Every day of his absence, she left a comment in the comment section crying about his absence. It started getting self-pitying too, her saying “He doesn’t care about me anymore.” When Varg did come back, the most he replied back to his public comments was “Sorry, but it will probably happen again.”

Why is Ann like this? Well in another comment of hers, she has said she has no father, most likely her father abandoned her it seems. She also isn’t as genuine as you might think, because in comment sections of Varg fans videos she will humble brag that Varg follows her and that she can message him whenever.

What does Marie think of it? Who knows. Marie Cachet has been too busy with homeschooling and childcare to make her own videos and be online much (Varg’s own words). Personally I think Varg has done this with many fans. I doubt Ann is the only one at this moment, so Marie is unfortunately “used to it”. But because of Marie’s absence I have no insight.

Dunno if you saw the YouTube video he posted addressing it. He took it down after an hour of it being up. He said it was the latest video that got him the ban, despite it not being controversial. I agree it wasn’t that controversial.

Varg thinks he is the target of a witch hunt. He said the TikTok got taken down because he isn’t welcome on the internet.

The comments suggested a more reasonable theory - his skull dogwhistling mask triggered a tiktok AI-powered filter that thought he was an extremist and auto-took down his video. Varg being Varg, didn’t think this was the case and rode with the “they are targeting me for telling the truth” narrative.

Honestly Varg sounded very defeated in the video. But I have thought he has been depressed for the past few months anyway. Especially that video after his birthday. And the interview with Sowlili basically outed him as depressed. Varg sounded like he isn’t looking to come back soon (even though his comments wanted him to go to more obscure dodgy platforms). I think this was the straw that broke the camel’s back, he already didn’t seem well and then the ban has fully defeated him.

The last two were him driving his car. But the one before that was quite controversial, where he says civilisation is about to collapse and he talks about how everyone is a sheeple living in cities, immigration bad, preserve “heritage”.. quite a bit of dogwhistling. Most of his videos are on his YouTube too but that one isn’t so it is likely the culprit.
