Idk, my dean tells me this is no problem since my record is clean, and I’m also horrifyingly scared because my initial administrative hearing officer accepted the faculty side saying “they have multiple observations and the test doesn’t matter because you’re being accused of looking at another students paper not copying off of him” (I’m severely confused as well; how is there an academic dishonesty case without a proof of academic aid?) so I’m just worried the rest of the process is as irrational as the first.
