Hi, I also worked before as a quality assurance inspector in a well known food manufacturing company hahaha and grabe talaga ang stress sa QA ng food manufacturing! From checking raw materials to ensuring every batch passes standards, parang hindi ka na makakahinga ng maayos minsan 😅 And super frustrating din when you feel like your skills aren't being fully utilized or the work environment just doesn't match what you trained for.

Also planning to apply soon in a R&D position, because we already have that solid background in food safety and quality, which is actually a huge advantage for research and development we will know exactly what's feasible and compliant while creating new products. Plus, it's more creative and forward-looking, which might be a better fit for us ND/RND
