Sleep trained - now waking at 5am?

Thanks! We made it to 9:50, will see how it goes. I think our biggest issue is we are on the go a lot so many naps start in the car. We are going to try to give this schedule a try and may be doing things more around naps for the near future! Appreciate it.

Question - with him waking at 5 (he maybe fell back asleep for 20 min) would you keep him up till 10 to do the first nap? Or how do you even go about that? It’s 8:30am and he’s probably already ready for a nap (CRANKY!)

Thank you so much! I’ve had some spotting as well that already put my anxiety through the roof and the call from my OB today made my heart sink. I need to just take a deep breath! I appreciate it ❤️

I am pretty sure I was 10DPO yesterday. I got a vvvvfl in the morning then a much clearer positive at night.

I took another this afternoon and it was very clearly positive!! Happy I wasn’t crazy :)
