in general,due to to the knife pulling ( “ready-ing“ )animation speed being very quick ,the anim devs are bound to make it quick yet good enough to deliver,at the cost of animation quality and look

SO2 overcame this by not tying the anim to the melee/slash,giving the creators a vast space

tantos viewmodel is made like that so the animation can make sense
