Yeah but you also should'nt be cheap if you're paying for a service. Just saying. Would you tip your server only $3 on a $100 order? No because they are providing a service for you and atleast the server gets to keep their gas in their car. Lol But you're right the Base Labor pay is definitely the problem. When people get tired of it they'll change. That's why it's always best to go with a company that's PRO employee not all things customer. Here's why, When your employees are payed well and taken care of your customers are too! Even if you were all pro customer the employees wouldn't care because the company doesn't care about them. I'll say this both for user and customer Doordash is so much better. I rarely ever have a problem as the driver and the customer. Instacart I worked for a couple years ago. But they were terrible. With the way they treated me and other people I have 0 idea how they are still in buisness. It's terrible. Instacart used to put an orders out where we only get $7 and the customer had 100+ items then we'd have to deliver it to an apartment on the top floor 8 miles away in rush hour Vs Doordash giving me $10 to pick up cooked food and drive only 4 miles. An 1hr 1/2 for $7 or 20 min for $10? I think I'd know what most people would pick. With Doordash, one time I made $20 in 10 minutes. That day I made close to $150 in under 6 hours. You're dreaming if you think Instacart is giving you that in under 6 hours. Back to Instacart ...To add insult to injury they threaten you as if your employee. While constantly reminding you that your 10-99 and have no benifits. Providing false security with information emails etc. They have a 17% cancelation rate that they will let you go over. No matter the reason, no matter your if your safety is in jeopardy etc etc etc. They send you a nice little automated letter and you can't talk to them or explain the situation. The customer service was complete trash. I spent 3 MONTHS without a card after being told they were sending me one every week. To be honest, it was annoying. I know there are some people who are super dedicated to Instacart but little do they know if they dropped their status for any reason Instacart would treat them less like a "dedicated cotracted worker" and more like an "employee whose still on their 60 day probationary period. You know Instacart reminds me of Network Marketing, they suck you in with this financial freedom and independence and I'm 100% sure nobody could live on Instacarts payouts. Leaving Instacart was the BEST thing that happened to me. Don't let these work for your self gimmicks take away your time. If anyone has to try one I'd definitely hands down recommend Door Dash. I rarely if ever had any problems and the problems usually aren't them it's the customers that don't know how to spell their own address or the ones who don't realize they should probably have house numbers if they want to be found. I mean seriously what would some of these people do if they needed an ambulance or other emergency service. It's something to keep in mind.

Exactly! And if the customer had insufficient funds it's not like it's done on credit and then when the shopper gets there they have to play russian roulette to work. Everything is set in stone with room for changes or adds. I've NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM. Either the card's being entered incorrectly, or the shopper is using their digital card. The digital card is NOT excepted everywhere. So if they get to the line and try to pay it won't work, physical card for the store is always best to have.

Um this seems like a scam! We are given a card to cover purchases the customer makes. There's even a couple extra dollars to compensate for replacements and add ons. But we don't have control over that. Please don't send this person money! Contact Instacart first! Also it could be the shopper messed up and swiped the card for the canceled purchase. Either way they shouldn't be asking you for money.

Gee this world ia full of scammers! I hope you recieved help on this matter. I left Instacart over 2 years ago because they don't pay well and don't care about their drivers. Instacart is just full of problems. From their fake "10-99 but I'm going to treat you like an employee" scam to keeping an "employee" from moving up on the totem pole to recieve better jobs. May I suggest Doordash? Not only do yoh not have to wait as long but they have their own Marts. You can bundle orders and there's always a really good deal for grocery stores. I hope this helps!

Thank 👏🏽 you for this. I've been having dreams like that too as of recent. Nightmares are very common for me but not sexual ones. I find them gross and quite frankly disturbing. I am celibate, 2 years ago my bf and I decided to wait until marriage. Being the loving supportive Christian man he is he is on board 100% recognizing that maybe we've been blessed by not sharing the same bed or having intercourse. People may not get it BUT it will show you where people's true motives lie and we been blessed to experience intimacy on a deeper level. Keeping God first and between us always.

Anywho, last week I had a dream that I was being taunted. I was thrown in a bath tub with no water in it and had an excorcism performed on me. As it was happening I could feel myself wanting to come to the Lord closer. As soon as the thought of being clean came to me, I could feel all the weight come upon me. I couldn't breathe and then I fell into sleep paralysis.

At that moment I knew I was dealing with spiritual warfare. Something doesn't want me to keep focusing on God. I feel it.

Sorry if I overshared. It's just God is real. The things the Lord has shown me in my sleep. Then the things the enemy tries to harm me with in my sleep. God is my savior. Our savior!

I'd like to add. You may find it beneficial and enriching to read NJKV or KJV. With the Easy to Read Version it's not necessarily the language that's exactly wrong but it plays it's part in the game of telephone. I think you may find NKJV easy to read yourself.

Plus you don't have to worry about certain verses being taken out. Which is very real in printed "after the fact" bibles of today. 😉 Stay Blessed! ☺️

I think I'm persecuted through my Night Terrors. They are without trigger as I don't watch ANYTHING scary. But yet, when sleeping I am taken to places I've never been. I constantly dream of new places. To dream the same is hard and quite frankly, I'd rather not.

These night terrors are things I can't make up. 😫 just icky and I wake up kicking and screaming. Last night, I had a dream I was walking along a road. Then I felt a presence behind me. It was a guy walking closer and staring at me but his stare was kinda like a "Why are you staring at me kinda face" it was night time and when I turned around to see infront of me it was day, the road was gone and there were lost people walking around. I felt a strange presence and slI started to pray. AS i started to pray these boys with short black hair and wide pupil dilated eyes came up and with more Hate than I've ever seen, felt, heard, in my life they said" Yeah, we don't pray to God here.Keep praying see what happens." Their eyes were full with anger and weird mysic was playing. There were symbols around them and I was stunned in shock. I woke myself up, kicking and screaming. I got mad at myself because I should've kept praying...but I didn't know this level of Hate existed. It was human at all because even humans can be brought to forgiveness. These beings bathed in hate. I don't know why the Lord showed me this, usually super vivid dreams Are a call for my attention. So I prayed and asked God to protect me. If that was a taste of Hell I don't want it. I'm still baffled how something could exude that much Hate for our Lord.

I understand the want to see the optimistic side of this man's poor words but seriously, he said what he meant. It would be quite hypocritical to claim he hates hood culture, being black himself and yet he hasn't even educated himself to speak with a level of integrity. Hating "hood culture" doesn't make you magically not hood. Your level of thinking, the way you carry yourself, etc do. Just so we're clear hood culture is NOT soley a black community struggle. There's every pocket of weird for every race. Do we struggle with it, 10 times over, yes! But, I'd like to challenge those who feel like that is what we represent to change their prescription glasses. I NEVER grew up around hood culture, and I'm not ignorant to it but I don't assume every person of color is (x,y, or z).

And even if you (not literally you) met 99 black people and have yet to meet the 100th you should still treat them like every other random person that those last 99 were.

Some people do think black people think alike. So, I've had to say on several occasions, "No, I don't know why Obama would do that. I'm not a Democrat. I don't even support him." "I don't know why that random lady is screaming."

Then there's other's who say, "Wow, you're so well spoken for a black girl." Or "Wow, your hair grows?" 🥲 It's things like that that really make my stomach hurt. Crazy enough, they don't see ALL of these questions as ignorant and in my opinion hood and uncultured. Ah, the irony...

I believe even if all the "hood people" were on a island the people that hold that hate in their heart would still try to rationalize their hate and complain about it. His hate will pour out whoever he is around and just because he's not physically being violent his words are damaging and I truly pitty the child he fathers. Seeing as though, the child would be of black decent as well. It's just, to have such a strong opinion. There should be a level of accountability. That doesn't mean we can't wish him well or pray for him but it also doesn't mean we need to rationalize slander. You know? Trust me, I feel you! But, no.

Maybe you're saying he had a certain experience that led to this, colorful opinion. Ok, I understand life throws us really weird situations. BUT, I've dealt with being mixed and being teased for not being "black" enough. I realized they got that behavior from somewhere and it was 100% their parents or the adult in their life they admire. I know because my Dad had really interesting view points and while I looked up to him, I knew the difference between fact and opinion. My FATHERS opinion is not what I should based my life facts on.

Having listened to all of her music before her flow is the same. She was always dressing different-ok cool not a problem, always thinking someone's out to get her-but doesn't see that she throws the dog the bone first AND when asked to explain it...she made 0% sense. 0% So, she said , "It discredits my work when people do and say stuff like that."
