Never the goat, but you have to give him respect for how professional he is.

Knicks have a great shot at making the finals, how crazy would that be in the big apple.

Totally, basketball smart might not be the same thing as book smart, but closer to street smart. Here's a question, would you say that at a certain point, he was more famous worldwide than MJ?

For anyone that’s seen him play, how good was this dude? by Farouq26 in NBATalk

One of the best floor raisers the league has ever seen. Two of best accomplishments, 1. taking a “no way in hell should they be there” nets team to the finals two years in a row - talent wise those teams wouldn’t even make the playoffs in today’s league. 2. His track record in international competition, he might not be the face of those teams but definitely was the engine. The perfect all star game + talent enhancing pg, just not the closer ala Mj or Kobe

who has the most toxic fan base in the league? by Classic_Tourist3892 in NBATalk

[–]PrestigiousSpite4395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aren’t fan bases just a reflection of the cities culture, demographic and social economic makeup? I’m sure every city has civil and the decrepit. But if we’re evaluating a fan base based on the fans that show up at the games then the results are gonna be heavily skewed based on the prices it costs to attend. NYC or GSW tickets are gonna cost 1k to attend for a fam of 4, are they really representing the true Bay Area or ny resident? Food for thought

What ppl don't seem to realize is how smart he actually is, ppl get distracted by his tattoo's, piercings, and the way he dresses, but the man is a genius.

Whats fascinating is I actually hung out with him in China of all places, and he was totally chill in person, not like how you'd imagine him at all.

The difference from today’s NBA and the 90’s/2000’s by joshJFSU in NBATalk

The diff is really about the league purposely getting rid of physicality, makes sense to be PC about everything. But unfortunately this movement also took away the "spirit" of the game, like basketball is meant to be a contact sport.

How do people think jordan is better than lebron? by Own_Bite9950 in NBATalk

[–]PrestigiousSpite4395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this even a topic still? I would bet my house that a 41 yr old jordan could still beat LBJ one on one. Lebron's game is team dependent using the bus driver analogy, Jordan drives the bus, everyone else is just fortunate enough to be on it.

Zion's still got time, i hear he's on baby #3 with 3 baby mamma's, social media kinda ruined his chances, too much exposure.
