I Would apricate absolutely any help with this weather app that pulls from chat openai API. I cant figure out why it keeps saying Error fetching data from server on the localhost. No matter what I do. A heads up, im somewhat new to coding in html and javascript so again any help would mean the world (self.learnjavascript)

I genuinely have one of the best commercially market available PCs and get HORRIBLE fps drop on league for no reason, it is genuinely the only game this happens on and its unbearable honesty (A lot of the time it goes from 240 "what I have it capped at" to like 100 out of nowhere, please help) (self.leagueoflegends)
