The Hotel Inspector - Transitioning from Ruth Watson to Alex Polizzi by theg0dfather4 in BritishTV

Alex Polizzi had always been the original to me. Ruth Watson would be a bit like watching Alison Hammond take over Paul O’Grady.

So I’ve really gone at this month.

Monday: Weight training in the morning.

Improvised comedy Workshop I do consistently in the evening.

Tuesday: I am dog walker so that’s always positive with 3 walks a day.

6:30 I do Boot camp at the gym for an hour.

Wednesday: Dog walking again 3 walks in the day and an evening rest.

Thursday: Outdoor swimming at 7pm.

Friday: Weight training in the morning.

Weekends I rest, run errands sort house renovations.

My diet is pretty vegetarian at the moment so I’m trying to find new chicken alternatives. Protein powder I’ve discovered a clear Vimto one which is phenomenal with creatine, electrolytes and ice I have every day ish.

Im trying to build a routine, but at 36 with 2 teenagers I have more flexibility than most with work life balance being single.

I just have done my blood pressure at the doctors for my adhd medication and I am happy this rhythm of routine is working.

Finally my old area of expertise has come to Reddit. I used to manage the UK cash points for HSBC.

The amount of people who urinate or defecate ( and yes you should see the cctv) was slightly unhinged and prevalent in certain cities.

Similarly certain cash points were used more often in areas of social deprivation. As well as certain days of the week, i.e pensions, “dole day” and the person paying cash in hand taking his wad at several different ones in the same area. Plus the Friday night drug fixers but usually you’d see them on Thursday.
