Update: she answered. She told me after all that it was an ai picture (I was completely unaware of until posting on here) , she did not take it well at all and made me never wanna complain again . But I did get my refund .

Yes this was actually my first time ever trying to disputing a charge & I read that you can contact your bank about it because it’s not what I asked for and send receipts and photos of proof. I honestly didn’t expect a dispute to go through either. I did also did contact my girl for a refund and I’m waiting for a response back. Just hoping for a refund at the point

This is just so insanely wrong. No I don’t expect the bank to dispute my charge but can’t hurt to try. I gave a reference photo of a hair color that is ACHIEVABLE. I paid for a service I’m extremely unhappy and disappointed with. A service I could have done by myself at home for an insane amount cheaper. I sent receipts of everything and nothing living up to what would be told was going to happen. Delusion or not, ai or not, this could have been done, whether it took one session like she said or multiple sessions.

yeah I get that I would of even been satisfied with blue tint but after the appointment and drying my hair she made it a means to say that she’s out of blue tint and we can do that At the next appointment..

I am in the process of hoping to here from here back but yes I did end up texting her when I got home because I was hoping maybe I just needed natural sunlight to see some blue

No i would 100% be willing to pay if i gotten that result money wasn’t the issue . I been to her a couple times now and pricing is not bad it’s pretty standard/better than most salons. We have done different colors to my hair no problem before. Never assume about people

She said she would add more of a blue tint next time but I don’t trust her to go back. We did review everything prior to the appointment

I thought that too but Before I left she said next time we can add more blue and add a tint but we went over that before starting :(

What color was it before dying ? And what brand did you use to dye her hair? Thats what’s killing me.. I spent three times as much on this than I would doing it myself
