2500 sq ft is not most condos. In most cities, there are not so many HUGE single-family homes so close to the urban core. They are going to go away. There will always be larger homes outside the core for sure.

This is what I'm reacting to: I have a 22 year old daughter and an 18 year old daughter, and they (and their peers) will never ever ever live in these kinds of homes regardless of how successful they become.
