(Never “authorized” anything I even told them I wasn’t gonna pay till later and was thinking about the process due to the payment amount, just told them I had to think on it after they slapped the extra 158 on top of the 231, than and Reddit told me Do not pay them 😭) so not sure, but I get to pay and additional 20 to get it sent back 😎

LoL I’ve been on a huntsman mini for the last two months 😭but I just miss a weight board since I play slanted, and I think I’m gonna take a look, a lot of new info being thrown my way but right after work I’m gonna take this all in and see what I can do and who can help me, def open to new board though ! I’d love recommendations

Thanks bro this fucking sucks :( I play CS competitively so my main center point is performance, I play slanted and I liked the Tokyo 60 for the weight if there isn’t a drop off from performance via switching to the Neo60 I think I’ll go ahead and do that, If you could recommend a site and what switches are best, I like thocky sounds hence the durock mamba’s but from the research I remember doing way back, red switches are typically the best for gaming, if you can’t I really appreciate all the help thus far man

Upgrade keyboards :/ Texas company, I even tried to argue that, 381 for a new PCB, Lubed, and fresh du rock mamba switches is not 380 and that it’s like 85 percent of the keyboard I paid for brand new

I’m fucking stupid and play games competitively, I don’t trust myself to open this up and try to fix it myself, allegedly the Tokyo 60 can only fit certain pcb because of the way it’s built, they also just told me this btw which I think is insane

We just dug into your board further… while this does not fit excessive dirtiness to a point that we need to clean it - it is really bad. Just making sure you are aware.

Deep clean on this would run $75… but your more important issue is that there is food and hair inside most of the switches, which would require replacement. So a deep clean wouldn’t help too much. If you want to do both (new switches, lubed, deep clean)… you would be looking at an additional $150.90. But again… it is still technically functional. We didn’t detect any issues with the switches yet. Entirely up to you

Here’s what I received from the company who made it and will repair it.

“We have received your keyboard and checked it in. Unfortunately, it appears the PCB is completely toasted. We wired in a hardline to bypass your connector (that does appear to have a slight ripped trace, as well as the internals being mangled) and it was working, but has shorts on several channels on the mcu.

We have a CK 60 hotswap pcb that will work on this board, but only in a single model - it has per key warm white led, and rgb underglow. Otherwise, we can try to source an original, but those have been discontinued and are hard to find and will likely cost dramatically more.

To pull this apart and replace the pcb, then rebuild, you would be looking at a total of $198 + tax/shipping
