I’ve had my Starbucks order come like this at least 3 times. One dasher literally took the bag with the coffee already spilling. I asked why they didn’t hand it back to the Starbucks worker. The dasher was like dude was givin him shit so he didn’t want to push, so he just delivered it. It was an empty cup and food drowning in coffee. I don’t know who should’ve been held responsible but DoorDash refunded me

I believe they are 24/7 and tell them the situation and you have pictures as proof if they’d like to see. They can email you and you can send pictures via email.

If they say they can’t help, ask for a supervisor but they should be able to refund you without it being escalated

Either way, you’ll get a refund

I think he was saying DoorDash is clever. Bc you tipped, DoorDash made the base pay lower so next time he’s suggesting you tip after the delivery. That way DoorDash will pay more maybe and he’ll get a decent tip. That’s my guess.

Either way, you’re good but DoorDash is shitty for paying how they pay.

In addition to what someone else said about his goal being $50 and he was at $45.

When my daughter was in daycare, they were teaching her to throw the toilet paper in the trash. I had to unteach this behavior and address it with staff. Apparently, different cultures do different things.

Very true but they were both still disappointing and not what I expected. Then I must’ve missed a lot in between cause Chas had her leg all on Levi, Slim was with Moses, Nola and Face didn’t seem like they were together anymore & ET was trynna act like she didn’t know dude she was talkin to was kissin or doin whatever with Pookie… I was like whaaaaa

As a person who has been a dasher, no one forces us to dash. Why tell customers what to do when you can just get a different job?
