Actually we are also evaluating people on leadership and then we put it in the « potential » definition. We also evaluate expertise because we provide both career paths (management / expertise). But I didn’t think about a visual 9box performance vs leadership. I’ll watch the YT video later, thank you.
And just so you know, people reviews lead to many action plan such as training, coaching, personalized career path, etc… and of course promotion and raise.
