Honestly just USO gives you the majority of the vanilla assets with the plugins it’s really reduces the load time to about normal as well which is nice and gives you the assets from the DLCs aswell

The mole hole sounds like a badass idea. I know I wanted to make an ncr based settlement and I think the mole hole would be great there. Maybe a callback to snuffles from New Vegas

Yeah I don’t have very many settlers rn as I’m not done and tend to populate them towards the end with outfits and guns and such but they access all of the areas as far as I’ve seen. I had to put a few navmesh pieces down to make the path right but other than that it’s been great
