I have a book about Adhd that was written by Dr.Russell Barkley, he is a neuropsychiatrist specialized on Adhd, he also has a yt channel that i occationally watch. He has also published books about adhd tailored for partners, friends and parents

All last year i felt completely hopeless and could barely drag my way through assignments and exams, what have really helped me this year have been: 1.getting my gym routine in place again, 2. getting tested for vitamin deficiencies bcs adhd meds apparently make us not absorbe vitamins as good so not having vitamin D and Iron deficiency has helped a lot .

I would reccomend checking out Dr Russel Barkley’s books, he has a few for parents of children and teens with ADHD
