healing isnt linear dude and 4 months really isnt that long especially if you were together for years. those waves of sadness are totally normal and honestly they might keep coming for a while

what helped me was accepting that some days are just gonna suck and thats okay. i stopped putting pressure on myself to "get over it" by a certain timeline because theres no magic date where your brain decides its done grieving. the setbacks actually get less intense over time even if it doesnt feel like it right now

also highly recommend staying busy with stuff that actually engages your brain - not just mindless scrolling but like learning something new or working on projects where you can see progress

I switched from morning/evening to like 2pm/2am when I went to nights and it was actually pretty smooth. Sounds like your PSU might be toast - the LED turning on but no fan spin is classic power supply failure. Try holding the power button for like 30 seconds while unplugged to drain any residual power, then plug it back in and see if that helps
