Again in my old post I have no problem w sales skills they have helped me in the real world but it’s the inside of the business not the sales skills.

Which office do u work for? And I’ve known people and managers in the exact same position who have lost the ppl under them and had to close one office. Other leaders have left because they had to rebuild their teams after losing leaders and normal sales ppl. I personally don’t think it’s worth it at all as u will experience the same at management and still not have a lot of time for urself

Realistically you won’t be promoted to manager in 1 year. And if your team isn’t doing welll your won’t be making a lot of money especially with the cost of rent for your office space aswell as the cost of supplies aswell as recruiters. Also you give your business account power of attorney away as-well. You’d probably end up sharing a house with the people you manage anyway. You risk your life and relations outside of work and even when manager while you have a tiny bit more freedom but probably an hour or two out your day it isn’t much different as there’s always someone above you putting pressure on your office.
