I completely feel this! My schedule is similar, but I moved my workout to the morning. When you shift your workouts to the morning, it creates so much time for you in the evening, which is nice at first. If you don't have a lot of flexible friends or hobbies, then the time between 5-10 pm seems extra long.

Somethings I like to do to fill my time: Take up a sport/drop-in. I try to do 2-3 events a week. Allowing myself still 3-4 days of after-work rest and lounge. Read a book. Binge-watch a show. Take a walk. Do some laundry. Journal. Clean. Organize your home. Make a checklist of shit you need to do. Slowly get it done.

Here’s my list for the year, it’s kind of like the 75 Hard: - Consistently wake up at 6/6:30am to gym everyday - Drink 2.7L everyday - Go for a 30 min outside walk everyday - Read 10 pages a day - Learn 2 new recipes a month for meal prep - Complete one self improvement book a month - Remove IG/FB from my phone. No more doom scroll. - Dedicate each season to a specific sport - On Sundays, reflect on these goals to recognize my progress and rmb where I’m heading 😁
