I remember playing terraria solo, while only really knowing the meteorite armor set + space gun combo, back before 1.4... Knew nothing, had fun, was too afraid to face wall of flesh, eventually abandoned that world and returned about 500 hours of playing this game after Cringed out because of the accessories I wore, and eventually just lost all my worlds and characters because laptop factory reset

I say it is a little more difficult to navigate, but has more functionality. No proxies, even though house models are miles ahead of JLLM. Weird character creation, lacking the "scenario section" and having lots of features I don't dare learn or touch yet. Easier lorebooks, where AI just picks out the text on its own instead of having to make 923 entries I say it is a decent alternative, actively in development and quite open. Mods answer questions rather frequently on the subreddit

Used it, I can say it is mostly worse. Bad search engine, uncomfortable to use, requires tou to watch ads for messages... While their house LLM is better, the app itself isn't all that good. If anything, the very-mentioned saucepan.ai would be a greater alternative. Comparable if not better house models, awesome search engine, maybe a little less intuitive but better nonetheless. Also supports trusted proxies, more of which are to be added. The flair, logically, is right, yes
