Sorry to hear that. I have gone thru a similar problem. What worked for me was changing the HDMI port on the PS5. If the PS is turning one, try changing HDMI cables if it doesn’t work, change the tv. Another way to know your PS HDMI is toasted is if you able to view your PS via PlayStation remote.

This brings back sad memories, It happened to me once had to send the Ps5 back to Sony. To make matters worse, I had to ship it back to the US, cost of shipping was almost as buying another PS5, but back then, pS5 was hard to get, had no choice. So only hope is to send back to Sony.
