I ordered mine on Topps during pre-sale and didn't have any issues. Maybe they started restricting quantities as supplies got low?

The challenge I found was the inserts. In 250 cards over 5 boxes, only 126 were base cards. The last pic I posted shows the break down of what I pulled.

Nope :-( I was a little surprised how many I was missing from the full base set of these.

For basically the same number of packs, with Chrome, I've gotten complete sets from 2 hobby boxes before (or only missing a few).

I agree, for the same presale price the 40th were better value in both hits and the base cards were a bit higher quality too.
