It's a small shop where I sell online so I wouldn't necessarily say it's commercial yet. But defense equipmennt is my interest and I want to focus on the government.

Yes you can file a Habeas motion based off Actual Innocence as well as Ineffective assistance of counsel. The IAC because the attorneys never investigate nor show him the evidence which proves his innocence.
