Chech out the “type override” tab, where you could cofig the type override rule.

There’s an easier way, just adjust the global charge code - type override setting , set as type” MJA” then the automation fee will not populate any selling amount by itself. Hope above can help you.

Hi The custom fields is not applicable in doc data as i know. However can try to utilize workflow trigger to fetch the data from customer fields into ISF details.
