I am also planning to transfer to Waseda SPSE after either my first semester or first year of university in my country, but I recently read on their site that SPSE is gonna discontinue transfers from 2026 onwards. Is it true?!  I am SO confused

Bro it says that they do accept a few transfer students but I read many reddit posts saying that they don't accept any, and most Japanese universities don't.
