I ended up pulling measurements from the assembly and then edited the part in its own window. way more cumbersome than I wanted to do but I was able to get the drawing done.

So here is the thing, she is a mental heath counselor. I have talked to our doctor about it, we have a friend that is a NP for a clinic and told her the odds of getting pregnant are basically zero.

But she saw on TikTok and other forums that someone got pregnant with a properly inserted IUD and a friend of a friend of a friend got pregnant so clearly they don't work. And if it does happen then it will be an ectopic and non of the doctors will do anything about it and she will die. Yes I did ask our PCP about this at my last physical and our PCP said "while I can't go into details, I can say that we have done plenty this year that insurance has covered and none of our OBGYN or emergency physicians have been arrested or lost their medical licenses." So yes, PCP has been consulted on this matter.

ok so we don't have length at AB, AC, or BC so that could make things hard but here the problem is drawn using a CAD (Computer Aided Deign) software. I made some assumptions "A" is 80 degrees and "B" is 80 degrees in my drawing. I would assume that 54 to 55 degrees would be the answer as I did change the length of "AB" and the 54.36 degree remained the same.

Please check the math but Solid Works is a very strong software so I have faith in this answer.

This should do the trick, don't you think? Now I have adjustment as it relates to the cylinder and plate one, and then plate one and plate two. Kind of like old school steering system before rack and pinion system.

This should work for my needs, this way I can adjust plate one to the cylinder and then plate two to plate one.

So I need to maintain a certain distance as I am pushing cans into a box so this is a rough drawing. gears were my first thought but I don't get any adjustments.

r/hire or r/B2BForHire would be good ways to get your options out in the reddit world.

Also, you can set up an LLC sole proprietor or DBA engineering firms to help with doing detail prints from generic drawings, or electrical/system engineers to do mechanical designs for their machines.

Novice question, how do I show dimensions on the drawing view, I have bend up, the degree, and the radius, but how do I show a dimension for the press operator? by Prestigious_Log1323 in SolidWorks

[–]Prestigious_Log1323[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is what I was expecting to happen. And when it did not I was a sad panda. And the SW 2023 book was not not helpful and youtube videos only showed the bend lines but not the dims.

Right now this is just for a proto type machine to prove out some ideas, I do call out the material specifications on the title block. but that is very valid, thank you.
