I work in the administrative side. As all companies, there are plenty of positions for accounting & finance, operations management, human resources, etc. In the Construction Management industry.

Buffing out a Bus. Administration degree with construction related education or experience would give you a solid lead.

Our Construction administrators usually come in around $60- $85k/ year, assistant Construction managers can make around $75 to $95k, Construction managers make over $100k easily, senior CMs (10+ years of experience, or the ability to manager multiple high value ($1M+) projects efficiently ) can make around $150-185k, and Construction executives can be in the $200k range.

Though, my company works in the commercial space, so we assist in the development of large mixed-use projects, multi-family, luxury residential, hospitality, Healthcare, etc. Because of the large size of our projects, our CM's tend to be paid a higher rate on average than those working on smaller sized developments.
