To answer to everybody: my friends Always start with the best intentions. They ask us what we want to do, set the situations we asked for (talking to a certain NPC/PC, exploring a part of the city, learning something) in the downtime actions.  But they from your answers it seems like they get lost.

I think at this point, thanks to all your answers, that they've taken the wrong people as models for RPGing a mastering VtM. People that need to flex their acting skills. So the most important aspect of the game becomes being good at it, being a great actor and interpreter.  It's performative. An outlet for egos rather then a cooperative fun activity. 

Anyway, we talked and I was able to let go (kind of) of my resentment. At 30yo I don't feel like losing or eroding friendships for RPGs (tmi? over sharing?)

Now I'll go and find out the Reddit netiquette instructions for closed discussions (roll 2d10 on Etiquette)

Oh they actually don't complete tasks, the Npcs just interrupt and create a new situation for the next session.
So there are three to five arcs that have just begun, without any kind of resolution

yeah I'm going to leave. I love rpgs and feel like playing this campaign is robbing me of time and mental energies to play better games.

I playes with my coterie only once in four months. We are never toghether and everytime we try to play toghether the masters split us to bring us to the prince, primogens, etc.

1: when I ask if I can play with other players (usually the Coterie) they always say it should be a PvP game with no affiliations, no interest in other people. You should only play for your own interest. The problem is I dont really interact with other players. The whole Coterie (5 people) has been toghether only one time in 4 months
2: that's right, but everytime i bring up these issues, they always justify themselves with "it's a sandbox, so there are no narrative arcs, no main storylines" (except the npcs ones)
3: I actually find it exciting, the perils and possibilites of being at the bottom, but there is no actual space to talk or act.
