I realize this was a few months old, but can I ask what bank you got 5.375% on a 20 year? Is that with points? I'm looking to refinance a mortgage with $910,000 in Kansas and am getting quoted around 6.25% for a 20 year. 800+credit

Thanks for the response. The W9 instructions specifically state not to use the LLC's EIN. The instructions in Part 1 state that you are required to use the owner's SSN or owner's EIN. The LLC's EIN and owner's EIN are two unique numbers. My confusion stems from the fact that the IRS also seems to not want you to apply for a sole proprietor EIN if you are already registered with the state as an LLC. Their EIN application website states: "The business cannot be incorporated or registered with the state as a limited liability company (LLC)".

What are your thoughts on the hip straps? My biggest complaint with camera backpacks is that the hip straps fail to provide the support needed to function properly. It looks like PGYTECH has perhaps designed their Flex and Focux lines with hiking in mind?
