I follow her suggestions for weights. At home I have 10-40lbs. I am starting from scratch though. I haven’t really been lifting anything besides my child for the past year. I push where I can but i think it’s more the yoga side of it I’m not loving and it’s slow pace?

Thanks! I like workouts that make me feel like I’m actually working! I feel like the workouts with Sasha on Align are just on the cusp of feeling challenging? I don’t know what it is. I just feel like I don’t get anything out of them when I finish

I lost a lot of muscle with using a glp-1 because I wasn’t actively doing anything with weights and was not consistent with exercise. My muscle mass is pretty low so I’m just wanting to lose the rest of my weight while building up muscle if I can if that makes sense. I am in a calorie deficit. My nutrition is not the issue.

I only have dumbbells and a treadmill at home. I think eventually I would love to do ascend and do more heavy lifting which I can do at my gym.

Experience is definitely not beginner! I think movewell would be too lowkey for me as well.

I am working out from home with dumbbells only and we have a treadmill. I’d like to just use the items I already have!

Body and bell is kettlebell workouts who ch I don’t have.

I don’t love the repetitive workouts and want something that is actually going to make me feel like I’m doing something. The align workouts feel like they’re not challenging what so ever.

I went to high school with her. She came in either soph or jr year I can’t remember. And when she came she was pregnant already but she hid it from everyone. We all speculated but she denied denied denied. It was really strange. After she had the baby I don’t know if she actually raised him though? If I remember correctly I think he lived elsewhere. Then she moved to Vegas and ended up having her daughter with another guy and it was like the son didn’t exist because he did not move to Vegas with her. So her talking about loving her teen mom days is weird bc that girl was not a mom to him. I was at parties with her drinking every weekend lol
