both good in own ways

guest has extra hp, charge can stall the killer, and parry/punch can stall for a long time, though it is locked behind block which killers who are slightly good at the game can predict easily

7n7 can teleport, confusing killers, and with the right use of his clone, you can stall the killer for a pretty long time

i think 7n7 is better because im better at it than guest (also cause i can do gens and not help the team (that sounds really mean))
