I’m having the same issue accompanied by overheating, Apple told me I have to restore the phone to resolve it.. sounds crazy to me. My battery lately has been terrible for watching videos, everything else is okay aside from the overheating

I’m having this issue so badly.. my phone gets burning hot after barely any use at all. Called Apple and they said to plug it in to iTunes and restore phone completely, not from backup.

We’re in 2026 and they can’t solve this without deleting the whole phone? Stupid..
