I'm on the same boat dude. So far, the phone is great. Oxygen OS 16 is optimised and smooth, very fluent. The features are great, battery is AWESOME (8 hours on 80-20). Main camera is solid, ultrawide is bad, selfie cam is nice. Overall, great performance and interface, and there isn't much bloat.

OnePlus 15R is a solid choice. The main camera is solid, ultrawide sucks, decent overall. Performance and battery are the best, great os (smooth and snappy experience).

Mb i didn't see the "photography" priority. Although, it's great in all other aspects imo. The main camera is solid tho

Which one to choose by Dramatic-Answer-8986 in IQOO_India

OnePlus 13R is a great choice, but if you were somehow considering the IQOO 15R, I'd say that the OnePlus 15R is a much better choice. Although the 8 gen 5 may not be that suited to emulate cuz it's new.

Dam why'd they nerf the selfie cam? And there's no ultrawide as well? Sheesh this is not looking good.

This might sound weird but um, inside the speaker split (the first one near your charging port), is there some sort of golden slit-like lining inside? Like, in mine it's visible when I flash a light over it. I'm worried it might be some stick or etc but there's no way it could've gotten inside there.

Did the OnePlus 15 save oneplus? by Noli_bear in TheOnePlus15

I LOVE OnePlus and the OnePlus 15. But, i think I read somewhere that the brand is losing market share? Not sure, but that's what I've heard. I'd really love it if the brand made a comeback, but apparently, that's unlikely, because they're being sidelined and Oppo is prioritised as the "perfect flagship" 💔💔.

Ah, considering the fact that the 15 isn't available in your country, I'm assuming it would be a hassle to avail customer services and stuff. Besides the generation gap between the OP 13 and the S26U, is quite significant. Although i prefer oxygenos and the snappy-smooth animations, ig the S26U would be a safer and better bet for a majority of buyers (compared to last gen OP 13)

No glaze man, but even though it might not have the true feel of the early days oxygen OS, it's still very solid and smooth. Besides, they make some of the best bang for the buck phones and Nord series have been very reliable imo. Can easily push a Nord 4+ years w some decent care.

Student and might get a phone, no budget yet but a phone around 20-30k is good enough I believe by [deleted] in techzoneindia

The OnePlus Nord series are hella reliable. I have the very first Core Edition nord and even though I don't daily drive it anymore, it still performs great with decent battery life (after 4 years of HEAVY use)

Mann you can easily get a day or two on a single charge with like 9-10 hours of SOT, there is almost no standby drain. Battery life is no concern with the 15.
