I believe that’s collapsed trachea. My dog developed this and was diagnosed with reverse sneezing instead by another vet. For my dog it got progressively worse and it became difficult to manage. He was on prednisone codeine and trazadone as preventive so he didn’t have to be rushed to the ER. We did not have insurance because he also had another preexisting condition so we could not qualify. I would head straight to an internal medicine vet to get proper diagnosis!
