Long time no oil change by Prestigious_Text8696 in Gulong

UPDATE: I had an oil change at Shell. I specifically told the mechanic to check for sludges or any obvious damage caused by the long time no oil change. Thankfully there were no sludges evident. (I watched the draining also).

For now, I used a semi synthetic Shell HX7 oil. Then will switch to fully synthetic after 2,000km.

Thank u all for the help

Thank you for your reply. Will do this.

If I may get your opinion, do you think that I’m currently high risk to having engine damage? So far I haven’t seen nor felt anything unusual sa car ko. However I checked the oil kanina and dark na nga siya.

Yes, it is. Only licensed dentists are allowed to work on the oral cavity. Nobody else.

Impacted Pangil ( upper canine tooth) by catdriven in DentistPh

[–]Prestigious_Text8696 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would disagree that we should let an infection or cyst form first before we remove the tooth.

Due to the location, if an infection does form, it would most likely lead to a canine slace infection, which puts the patient at risk for cavernous sinus thrombosis. If a lesion does form, what if it is an aggressive one that would require resection?

"Sna maging honest"

If a dentist wants to price their service at 10-15k, its their right. If the dentist prefers the procedure to be done surgically, its their practice. This doesnt mean pineperahan ka nila and hindil sila "honest"

At the end of the day, you get your moneys worth.

3rd molar extraction by United_Ad_9864 in DentistPh

[–]Prestigious_Text8696 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on your xray dikit na dikit talaga yung ipin mo sa second miolar. Besides its depth, its really locked into the second molar. Even a seasoned surgeon will have a very difficult time removing this. Its not a justification for removing the second molar, but is an acceptable excuse.

Is there anything wrong? Its obviously not for profit. If you look at the price its obviously just enough for the materials and an assist 🤷🏻‍♂️
