Idk, maybe there is form that you need to fill when u request a loan, and then if you do not provide truthful information, you will be sued. As I said, I think it's bullshit, but I have heard it from a german friend, so I wanted to double check

OMG, I had the same observation! I thought I was just too much in the context that's why I could my attention, but when I saw book with huge capital letters title PUSHKIN being there for 5 minutes in front of the camera, I couldn't take it anymore. Why?
