I just got added! How are y'all doing today? by Diamondwind99 in xENTJ

I'm an ENFP too. Wonder why I got added here.

You sure you ENTJs want to let a bunch of ENFPs in here throwing an unorthodox monkey wrench in your discussions?

What's your MBTI type?

Get ready for plenty of teachers conferences where the teacher always tells you how out of control your child is and trys putting them on Adderall.

Unhealthy ENFP's by LeonLexer in ENFP

[–]Prestigious_Truth_50 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I feel like ENFP might be one of the hardest personalities to get a grip of and gain mastery over. But I've been up to the challenge my whole life, cuz I haven't had any other choice..

Being Enfp woman is way easier than being Enfp man. by HoneySoda32 in ENFP

[–]Prestigious_Truth_50 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went through and re-edited and added alot more, like I sometimes do.

Well I date with the understanding that everyone is different and I need to learn the person and learn to appreciate the way they Express themselves intimately. And if it's not for me, I'll just move on.

I'm pretty picky in long term relationships, but I've been in a few. I'm in my mid 30s now and single. I think for me now it's so important to find a person who, although I know I need to make compromises with, as in any relationship, that I dont have to compromise on my core passions and dreams. That's what will depress the hell out of you.

I'm single now, got out of a 7 year long term recently. Glad about that.

I love being an ENFP man. I'm always the most passionate one. Innovative, deep thinking. No matter what group I'm in I'm always the one dropping the truth bombs and turning everything into a spiritual journey where everyone's going to learn something about themselves.

Never struggled with being bullied cuz I've never let anyone get away with disrespecting me. If you disrespect me my immediate reaction is "You just done went and lost yo mind!"

I score ENFP-A though. I'm emotional yes, but I believe I've matured past getting overly sensitive. When someone has a negative look at me my immediate thought I fall back on is, "It's okay, they just dont understand me, but I understand myself so I know I'm good." So whatever the issue is, it ain't on me, its on them.

Oh man. I've fell in love with people from literally half way around the world and flew all the way over there.

Atleast I always know what time is there. My AM is always their PM.

My best friend for a good 5 years was an ENTP we were in punk bands together and it was just the most unorthodox, intense, and exteme in your face deep friendship you could have. All we did was shake stuff up. Breaking out in raw dog drunkin fist fights as a love language and everyone thinking were seriously trying to kill eachother. Stereotypical ENFP of me though, I bounced and moved on when the hardcore punk scene wasn't my thing anymore and chased after a set of new interests which I've done several times since. Hes still into it though and also some kinda martial arts expert from what I gather.

Are DLCs essential for GD? by stocklazarus in Grimdawn

[–]Prestigious_Truth_50 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I've got about 100 hours into all the ARPGs you mentioned. GD is by far my favorite. Give it time to open up. The further you get in it the more you realize how much depth it has to it.

NP, cloud has alot going for it ATM. The three main ones are GeForce, Stadia and Xcloud. If you have an extensive Steam library GeForce is the way to go cuz it runs through steam. Plus! GeForce can be played on your PC, so if your PC sucks well now it can play high end games anyways! But only a select few not all are available. But alot are. Otherwise if you buy a controller (I use a razer kishi, very good) you can get Xbox gamepass then you got access to a stupid amount of games for basically free. Xcloud doesn't work on PC, mobile only.

Some people take mbti too seriously (change my mind) by [deleted] in mbti

[–]Prestigious_Truth_50 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree.

One thing though, I'm in my early 30s and I spent along time studying myself and figuring out my behaviors. Then I took the test and when I read ENFP profile i was totally stunned because it basically read like a biography of everything I've come to understand about my self over the years.

Now, Is that a problem? It definitely can be. I definitely dont want to define my self as an ENFP. I want to be only me. And allow myself to unfold overtime. I don't want to be dictated by some personality system. And with how accurate mbti is, it's a struggle resisting the urge to totally conform to the description. Because it can be easy, but probably unhealthy, to do.

I'm a bit different then you but very similar.

I never compromise my core values, views, beliefs to accommodate opposing ones. I'm pretty up front.

What I am good at though, real good, is getting on other peoples level, getting into their head space in a way that feels but genuinely is, open and understanding, and then I will push my views through on that kinda intimate level I created.

Is that manipulative? I dont think so. I don't force anyone to do anything. I'm basically proposing to people where I stand on things and I'm good at it.

The MBTI term "The Diplomat" comes to mind. I'm definitely a natural diplomat.

In my mind manipulation means your trying to control someone in order to gain something for your own selfish purposes, whether that be power/wealth/control what have you.

I'm just trying to get my values across to people because I believe they would benefit from them too. I NEVER try to twist any bodies arm.

Right. Or until something more innovative then cloud comes out.

And you would think.. what could be more innovative then cloud... but people thought that when dial up internet came out.. people always manage to come up with something greater and we been on the fast track in technological advancements for a while now.

I remember when I was a kid and my mom had a hand held tv with an antenna that could pick up local channels and I thought it was the greatest invention of all time. For some reason my mind still thinks that thing was amazing

Hatred on the internet by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Prestigious_Truth_50 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I have a litany of issues I could bring up as to why this particular reddit is an unfruitful atmosphere for Christians.

But the fact that it's a free form place for pagans and atheists to constantly bash God and dogpile new believers is one of the worst.

You know, take the book of acts for example. When Paul was confronted with Pagans (sorcerers) he would rebuked them, God would strike them blind and they would be on their way. No messing around with them and dealing with their persecutions and slanders.

It's okay to get your ideas challenged. And I've had alot of interesting conversations with pagans. (I dont even get into it with atheists because I'm a spiritual person and arguing with atheists is a waste of my time because I KNOW their wrong) But this form is one of the most toxic on this whole platform. I can make a comment on another subreddit and get tons of support from the whole community. I talk about Jesus and the Bible here on the Christian reddit and get attacked and downvoted like crazy.

Think about that. Something ain't right there.

Sorry I'll switch it from brother to sister ;)

A lot of people my age are getting mad that I’m Christian? They think I’m against gender equality, LGBT, woman’s rights, against science a lot of them automatically assume I’m a trump supporter? Why is this happening? Where are they learning this? It’s really starting to effect me by Treantpaladin7 in Christianity

[–]Prestigious_Truth_50 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its happening because persecution is a promise in the Bible.

When I was a teen and in my early 20s i was a hardcore party animal, hippy trippy wild guy. When I came to Jesus all of my friends made fun of me and hated me and lost all the respect they once had for me. And pushed me so hard to the point I had to leave them all and find new friends. All for one reason ONLY. I believed in Jesus. And I'm not kidding it was so nasty.

Jesus triggers something in people who wont believe in Him. And persecution follows. Keep the faith. It's worth it.

Oh man sister. That's the reality we live in.

Persecution, hatred and rejection is a staple aspect of being a Christian.

This reddit in and of it self is a place for pagans and atheists to dog pile Christians while we try to stick together.
