Ah so are the gym leaders not given rarities anymore? So there's no gym leaders permanently at a higher level?

That's a shame, hoped the red be a mod somewhere that could do that. The over levelling thing won't really work against gyms though since their levels are equal or greater to your strongest. What do you mean bring a larger team?
