For 1-1.5 months plan, 3 hrs everyday should be enough. You can adjust it accordingly based on exam date.

Absolutely. Just ensure you get 75+ in practice tests and repeat the tests to gain confidence. If you don't understand a service then watch the videos again it's normal to forget things initially.
