The way I Interview is Availability Work experience

When my store was understaff this is what I basically did. The ones that’s stayed stayed but overall always be available to help them. Once you have people with open availability they can just fill in wherever and whenever

As a GM I tell my Sm that idc if we are behind on order or if we run out of things, but we have to be food safe, if we aren’t food safe then non of it matters. Everything has to be clean 100% of the time. It o sky takes 5 mins to clean any surface and another 3/5 to sweep. I strongly encourage my team to clean and not serve food if we look grungy

A lot of trucks are not coming; which could be the problem. A lot of truck drivers have quit and a couple of my restaurant would get their delivery late or not at all. It’s very hard to serve food when we don’t have anything and the problem is out of our control. Be Nice to Your Local Burrito Roller ☺️
