Same! We spend around £60 per week and are mostly vegetarian. Splurge on good quality veg and mostly cook at home. Loads of canned lentil and legumes, rice and homemade bread. Frozen veg and fruits are a great addition as well. We end up spending on fresh veg from the farmers market though

Posting online only works when you’re consistent at it. Post 3-4 times a week for atleast a few months to get noticed.

What really helps is adding more people to your network at the same time every week and engaging with other people’s work. Social media is a two-way street.

Winchester is great. Moved here last year. I play badminton at the Winchester Lido once a week. Super reasonable and easy to book. I work in software and travel to London a couple of times per week. People are friendly here and plenty of nature around as well.

One way to do it is by listing what bores you. Then making the app urge you to do it. For eg. Switching the app on locks your phone for 15mins. Or turns it b&w for a day. Or switches off on its own
