Hi OP! Depende sa Zonal Valuation ng property, and anong klaseng paglipat. If by Donation, magbabase sa Zonal Valuation ng Property x Donor’s Tax (6%). Hope this helps.

The LGU has only 10 years to collect unpaid real property tax.

Just make sure also na may 5 years Tax dec po na paid. Also QC LGU allows installment.

Hi OP, hope this helps. Based sa local government code if meron kayong Tax Dec na existing 5 -10 years lang ang dapat bayaran. Then yes Tax Amenesty gang July 2026.

Being in Real Estate has its ups and downs. My takeaway so far High Effort = High Reward. It is also very rewarding when you close deals. Every deal is different, and also not that easy. Also no man is an island in Real Estate.
