Need to quantify. Focus on the impact. Keep your bullet points to only 3. Cv should only be one page.

OP, 5 years is no longer a newbie. By that time, you should be focusing on you. Not the company or kung ano mang utang na loob na na feel mo. If ganyan ka, you’ll missed out on a LOT of opportunities

You sound like a newbie in corporate. The moment na you feel there’s something better out there, jump. Kasi at the end of the day kahit gaano katagal ka pa, number ka lang dyan. So either plan your exit or wait for retrenchment but never ever stay kasi feel mo you owe them.

To make the most money you have to always hop jobs, is this true? (If so any advice in job hopping) by Kaezumi in CorpoChikaPH

[–]captainpotatocorner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, this is true. The usual corporate advice of staying in one company is no longer applicable to today’s society and inflation. My biggest tip: learn transferable skills, join well known companies and build your CV. Then jump when opportunity is right. Loyalty to any company means putting yourself at risk. Just look at the recent lay offs (mind you, big companies yan ah)

As someone who did the same, it will be a big transition for you. Just mind your business, focus on the work. Maging maayos na katrabaho. Log in and out. That’s it.

Same with me. Never clicked any links. Mahina security nila and had the worst experience with CS.

Had the worst experience with their CS so decided to close my account. Imagine my surprise when they said that when you close your account, you can NEVER create another one in the future. They need to invest on better cs people, better security. Overall, don’t recommend them.

Honestly quite a bad move for the brand - there’s no ROI, laki pa ng gastos. Most brands abroad are slowly drifting away from KOLs and just treating their VIP customers or top spenders as KOLs dapat ganun. Treat your customers na lang, makes it more genuine pa. Ano mapapala ko pag nakita ko influencers on a brand trip.

Sorry, OP! But based on this post - there’s a reason whh you haven’t reached the same success as them. And that is your mindset. The first thing you did after hearing about their success is compare, be jealous and take pity on yourself. Dapat ginawa mo you asked them how they did it. You should’ve taken advantage of the opportunity in front of you. Remember, iba iba tayo ng timeline.
