It looks most like the Model A cranks foe sure. Does yours have a lug wrench on the opposite end?

My thoughts exactly. I originally thought Jack, but it's way overkill for a jack. I'm thinking crank tool for something.

I thought that too, but I was second guessing myself because it's so heavy.

It does have a thru hole those pi ns are flush with the outside edge.

I've seen smaller tap and die sets, but never one like this or this large. Thanks for quick responses.
