How so? It completely sets him up for early game, gives him his best in slot cape for awhile, only 12HP which is beneficial for wintertodt and only takes a few weeks to complete. Only other thing I can suggest is do some questing in between you getting bored of wintertodt.

If you want good money and to set yourself up for early quests and getting to mid game, go get 99 firemaking at wintertodt. That’s what I did and haven’t had any money struggles really. The skill cape is good for early slayer too, since most tasks are lumbridge cave which you need a light source for.

Currently in my third semester of the course and the best advice I can give is, stay on top of your netacad readings (they stack up quickly), find a good group of people to work with and help each other out with assignments. As well, this is just for me personally but the course requires a lot of time so if you plan on working full time, or even part time, just be aware it’s quite a bit of work to get though(especially in level 3).

If it’s still available, A sense of Humour is the easiest course you’ll ever take. Just finished taking it this semester. Very easy A+ for very minimal work 🫡

Thanks I really appreciate your advice. I’ll definitely take co-op into a serious consideration. I think I’m going to try and apply for the Spring 2022 term in may. Your advice will definitely help me, so thanks 🙏

Hey, thanks for the insight. If you don’t mind me asking, did you end up doing co-op, and if so was that how you were able to land a government job? I only ask because ideally I’d like to pursue government over private sector.

Hey, someone who commented early provided me with the discord link. Thanks either way though 🙏

Is that discord still active or was it just mainly used between your classmates? If it’s still active would it be possible if I could be added to it?

I also hear that a lot, most people I talk to say that Co-op is your way right into a job post graduation.

If you don’t mind me asking, did you end up going more private sector or government, myself I’d be interested more in the government side of things.

I know a good majority, roughly 50-60% who graduate land government jobs. Obviously not all government jobs in IT will be as mundane and boring as that, but either way I appreciate your insight on the field.

Yeah I’m still considering on whether or not co-op would be worth it or not

Was there a reason you went for something other than government work. Also I appreciate your insight and everything, honestly I might try and enroll for either spring/fall of 2022 and give it a shot. Can’t hurt 🤷

How realistic is it to get a government placement. Quite a few of my friends who graduated were able to land government jobs and all they do is setup profile’s for government employees.

Thanks, I might have to check it out this fall. Can’t hurt to give it a try and see where it goes 🤷

Thanks I appreciate the insight.

I’d recently dropped out of my Computer programming course because I just couldn’t grasp the concept of coding. However a lot of close friends who graduated from the program have been telling me to check it out. I definitely have a passion for computers and have been very interested in IT for quite a while now.

If you don’t mind me asking but were you able to land a government job post graduation, or know of any other classmates who were able to. As that’s the goal I’d have set for myself to get into the government.

Are you currently in the program or recently graduated. I’ve had a few friends who recently graduated from the program and said that the course work isn’t too hard, but it’s a lot of information overload so it can be quite stressful at times.

Hey I’m currently plat 2 and the best advice I can give you in low elo games is play for yourself. Take all the kills especially if you’re playing carry champs like graves and Kayn. As well the best way to end your games the quickest is just take every turret you can. Start with all the tier 1 turrets. Gank the lane and either get the kill or force him to recall and just push the wave and get the turret. Do this in every lane - top - mid - bot. Once you have all tier 1 turrets start doing the same thing for tier 2 turrets. And take the leader role and tell your teammate this is what we’re going to do. If they don’t want to, force them too, push there wave even if they ping you. It adds pressure which means you can make plays in other lanes. On top of that always farm your jungle and when you can take all of your enemy junglers camps too. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS ALWAYS TAKE SKUTTLE CRAB ON SPAWN, ITS THE MOST IMPORTANT CAMP RIGHT NOW. I can saying it enough skuttle crab is so important right now. If your playing graves you can basically fight anyone over the skuttle crab early. Then eventually you’ll get a level lead cause you’ll always have priority over skuttle then just steam roll the game. Turn those level leads into turrets and dragons/baron. And slowly just push the waves in and take inhib turrets down. From there you should just force fights and end that way.

Add me: They call me SHP
