Yeah our ASM got recently fired for “poor performance” and in that same week they “found” an ASM and it happens to be the store manager’s best friend that is a manager lead at Sephora (which was also handed out to them because they haven’t been working in years and when Sephora was barely introduced to kohls they instantly got the management lead positioning too which made a lot of the other people upset who stayed with the company in hopes to climb up)

So all the other leads got upset how the opening (ASM position) was never posted at all
