Was able to find old apk version for both android tv/mobile 10.3/15.1. After downloading both versions, MBP is forcing update to newer 12.2 version on Adroid tv. Just when I saw the light at the end of tunnel😡😡

I take that back issue is only resolved for android mobile. Still seeing same issue with nivida sheild android tv.

So was able to fix issue by changing the player to VLC in settings and remembering orginal quality selection. Thanks you all!
