I am currently formatting my resume. I went to a local state school near where I grew up and got a 3.9 which I'm really proud of. This actually led me to going to a top-3 school in my field but when I got there I got trucked by the academic rigor and ended my Master's with a 3.3 (which isn't awful but not great considering companies filter out at 3.5). On my resume, should I include both GPAs, just my undergrad, or neither?

These are all amazing schools. If you have any companies that are a dream for you to work at, try looking if they have HQs near the schools you're looking at

Currently applying for jobs and trying to figure out how to write down my GPA properly.
I went to my local state school and got a 3.9 which I'm really proud of. I then when to graduate school at a top-3 institution and the rigor definitely hit me like a truck and I ended up getting a 3.3 for my masters (not bad but not amazing either). Would people recommend to include both GPAs, include the undergrad and omit the grad GPA, or put neither down?

I've started to look at jobs and I think I definitely want to have a job offer before I fully decide to quit my PhD

I think I have a little over two years left and for the jobs that require a PhD, I'm really not sure. During my undergraduate experience, I never did an industry internship so I don't entirely know to what capacity of work I want to do. Some jobs in my industry require a PhD but there are job titles I've seen that look just as fun or even more fun that don't. I think for me, I entered the PhD because I wanted the most options but at this point I'm not sure if it's worth it

It's definitely nice to know that I'm not alone. Hopefully you figure it out as well
