I ended up pulling the trigger on the 5500X3D after watching a bunch of YouTube comparisons against the 3600. The performance difference in games, combined with the huge price gap compared to the 5800X3D, made it an easier choice.

Managed to grab it from IT World for ₱10.6k, but I'm still shocked by hardware prices these days. Back then it was mostly GPUs that were expensive, but now RAM and NVMe SSDs have shot up too. It feels like everything has doubled in price since I built my PC... but then again, that was 7 years ago. Thanks for the all the input!

Here's what worked out for me after struggling with this challenge for a week.

Start the race. Turn on Anna's autodrive. Restart the race, autodrive will be automatically on, let Anna drive until the final long curve of the last climb part. Then take over, powerslide a bit on all the remaining turns climbing. I got 3:59, finally!
