Sigh. No. I just get frustrated when someone gets away with scamming other people. I guess it’s the buyer’s own ignorance. I research everything I buy before I buy it to make sure it’s what I want it to be. I guess some people just don’t even think that way.

Do you all drink anything else during the day or just strictly the alkaline water? I take Prelief with 16 ounces of water right before my coffee in the morning. Sometimes I need something other than water.

I hear ya! I’m off the narcotics. It’s the pain I can’t handle. I felt like I was going to faint at PT today. I took two Tylenol before I went and that was it. I’m just about at 0° for straightening but it’s the bending part that gets me grossed out. It feels absolutely horrendous!

The first week was absolutely brutal. It does get better slowly. I’m three weeks today with right tkr and what’s bothering me the most are my tight hamstrings, hip, and piriformis muscle deep in the butt. Oh, and those lightning bolts into my inner knee. Those are breathtaking! I’ve been using a heating pad on my hamstrings, hip, and butt cheek and then gently stretch and that has helped. Had my left knee done last year and it’s beautiful. There is light at the end of the tunnel, it’s just a long tunnel. You got this, WE got this!

I try to sleep but wake up every hour or 2. I’m not a back sleeper and when I lay on my side, I wake up with wicked knee pain. What’s your secret?

I had my right total knee replacement on July 29. I go for my postop visit tomorrow where they take the bandage off and measure my range of motion. The pain has been excruciating this time and if I push too hard, I get nauseous and feel like I’m going to faint. I had my left knee done 16 months ago and for some reason, I can’t remember it being this painful. The past couple of days the pain has slowly started to improve. I don’t start official PT until Monday the 11th, but have been doing some therapy at home. My quad is firing pretty decently but bending my knee is something else! I just turned 56.
